KRD Chicken Noodle Soup
Ingredients:
2-3 large boneless/skinless chicken breasts
2 quarts chicken broth
2/3 box of oven ready lasagna noodles
broken into 2 in. pieces
10-12 ounce frozen peas and carrots
3 tablespoons Kentucky Rust Dust
Mild or Medium
1 tablespoon sea salt
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
3 tablespoons dried parsley
1 stick of butter (4 ounce)
1 cup of whipping heavy cream
Additional salt to taste
Instructions:
Place chicken and broth in an Instapot and pressure cook for 36 minutes. Release pressure and shred chicken then add all other ingredients except the butter and cream. Pressure cook another 36 minutes. Release pressure again then stir in butter, cream, and salt to taste if needed.
